We have two rooms dedicated for well-behaved, fully immunized dogs.

Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Please keep your dog leashed on the grounds and be sure to clean up after them. They're welcome everywhere on the property except the pool area!

Dogs must be crated while you're away — it keeps them relaxed and protects the room from expensive damages.

Complimentary parking is available - one standard parking spot per room.

Arrangements must be made in advance if you need anything over the standard parking spot size, ie. boats, trailers, RVs

Because we’re nestled in the Ozarks, internet service can occasionally be affected by weather or other factors beyond our control.

Our seasonal outdoor pool is open during warmer months, weather permitting. Please check with us if you're visiting during the colder season.

Absolutely! Pointe West is perched above beautiful Beaver Lake, and EVERY room features a stunning lake view.

Yes! Beaver Lake is nearby with multiple public boat launches and marinas. While we don't have a private dock, we're happy to recommend nearby launch locations.

Be sure and call ahead for trailer accommodations, as we have limited spaces available.

We're just a short 20 minute drive from historic downtown Eureka Springs, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, and local attractions while returning to a peaceful lakeside retreat.

Yes. Fresh linens, bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided for every stay.

Each room has a coffee maker & mini fridge. Microwave is available for use in the office.

Pointe West is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

A $250 fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.

We have a community charcoal grill available - please bring your own firewood, cooking supplies, and anything else you need. We simply ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the area ready for the next guests.

We're located deep in the Ozarks, so you can expect a few insects — it comes with the territory (and the beauty). We treat inside and outside frequently, but you might pack the bug spray just in case.

No — Pointe West does not have elevators anywhere on the property, and much of our forest setting includes natural, uneven terrain. If mobility is a consideration for your stay, please reach out before booking so we can help you find the room and route that works best for you.

Rideshare has limited availability in Eureka Springs, and we haven't found it to be reliable. We're happy to help however we can, but we highly recommend arranging your transportation without rideshare.

Our on-site laundry facilities are used for resort operations and aren’t available for guest use. However, if you have an unexpected laundry need during your stay, let us know. We’ll do our best to help whenever we can.

No. To help maximize space in our guest rooms, we don’t keep irons and ironing boards in each room. However, we’re happy to deliver an iron and ironing board to your room upon request. If you prefer, we can also provide a garment steamer.
